(연구배경 및 목적) 경관에서 건축물은 지역이나 도시를 구성하는 수평적, 수직적 조형요소이며 각 건축물별 입면은 경관 속에서 건축물을 시각적으로 인식하는 감성정보의 역할을 하기 때문에 경관심의 시 건축물에 대한 색채평가 항목 및 평가내용은 매우 중요하다. 또한 경관심의에서 건축물 색채평가에 있어 색채가이드라인과 체크리스트에 의한 심의가 제도적으로 적용되고 있는데, 사회적 분화에 따라 전문적 색채연구에 의한 제시와 검토를 통한 재적용이 필요한 상황이고, 향후 연구에서 색채평가에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 심의전문가에 대한 평가 가치기준이 매우 중요하기 때문에, 평가 가치기준에 대한 설문 및 통계연구를 통하여 세부적인 내용을 연구하고자 하며 본 설문연구는 경관심의 건축물 색채평가에 있어 매우 중요한 근거가 되는 자료로 향후 연구의 바탕 역할을 할 것이다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 울산광역시의 경관심의 건축물 색채평가에 참여한 심의전문가 29명을 대상으로 직접 방문하여 설문연구를 진행하였으며, 설문영역은 색채평가 심의 시 중요한 역할을 하는 색채교육 및 심의 경험수준과 색채평가 중요성과 인지수준, 색채평가 가이드라인 평가수준 등의 3가지 영역에서 각각의 문항을 개발하여 총 20문항의 설문을 진행하였고, 객관적 분석을 위하여 통계과정을 적용하였다. 통계 프로그램은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 t-검정을 실시하고 설문연구 전체에 대한 3영역 항목과 세부내용에 대한 결과를 종합하였다. (결과) 심의위원의 색채교육 및 경험을 높이기 위한 색채교육 및 과정의 필요성이 매우 높으므로 교육 및 경험을 통하여 색채에 대한 관심과 전문성을 높여야 한다는 결론과 건축물 색채의 중요성을 인식하면서도 색채평가 심의에 대한 만족도가 낮다는 것은 건축물 색채평가에 대한 세부적인 체크리스트 개발을 위한 연구가 필요하다는 사실을 인지할 수 있었다. 색채평가에 있어 체크리스트의 항목별 준수가 필요하며 평가 항목 및 내용을 개발하여 세부적인 평가를 통하여 심의에 대한 객관성과 만족도를 극대화하여야 하며, 건축물 색채 요소와 다른 평가조건 우선 심의 내용 설문을 통하여 색채가 우선시 되지 않고, 평가에 의한 결과가 경관에 적용되고, 도시 및 신개발 지역에 대한 전체적인 건축물 색채평가가 우선되면서 세부적인 소규모 건축물에 대한 색채평가도 매우 중요하다는 결과와 건축물에 대한 색채요소의 평가에서 영향력이 높은 색상, 명도, 채도, 색조에 대한 평가 반영은 매우 중요하다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. (결론) 경관심의 건축물 색채평가 심의에 있어 심의전문가들의 가치기준에 대한 설문 및 통계연구는 경관에 있어 중요한 역할을 하는 연구 결과이며, 경관에 있어 많은 영역을 차지하는 건축물의 색채요소는 정보적인 요소로 감성을 통하여 인간에게 안정과 활력이 되는 중요한 요소이다. 이와 같은 세부적인 연구 결과는 점차 산업화와 도시화에 의한 경관 개발이 진행되는 지금 경관심의 건축물 색채평가에 고려해야 할 중요한 내용이며, 보다 발전적 측면에서 많은 연구를 통하여 심의위원의 가치기준의 명확성과 객관성이 향상되어 생활에 적합한 경관이 조성되어야 하고, 본 연구의 결과는 향후 연구의 기준 자료로 역할을 할 것이다. |

(Background and Purpose) In landscapes, buildings are visually recognized by horizontal and vertical formative elements such as the front, mouth, side, and back of each building when constructing areas or cities, which provide emotional information. In addition, guidelines and checklist deliberations of the landscape review?the criteria for evaluating the color of buildings?are systematically applied. It is necessary to reapply through social differentiation and professional color research. This survey provides a very important basis for evaluating the color of buildings in the landscape and will serve as the basis for future research. (Method) This study visited 29 deliberation experts who participated in the evaluation of the color of the building in Ulsan Metropolitan City and conducted the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was developed for each item in three areas: color education and deliberation experience level, color evaluation level, S 23.0 was used to perform a t-test to summarize the results of the three areas and details of the entire survey. (Result) The fact that the members of the deliberation committee have a high need for color education and courses to enhance their color education and experience, and that they should raise their interest and expertise in color through education and experience, while recognizing the importance of building colors, and the low satisfaction with color evaluation deliberations required a study to develop detailed checklists on building color evaluation. In color evaluation, it is necessary to comply with each item of checklist. It is necessary to maximize objectivity and satisfaction of deliberation through detailed evaluation by developing evaluation items and contents. As the color is not given priority through the questionnaire of evaluation factors and other evaluation conditions, The evaluation of color elements for the color factor is highly influential, so it can be said that it is very important to reflect the evaluation of color, brightness, saturation and hue. (Conclusion) Surveys and statistical studies on the value standards of deliberation experts in the evaluation of landscape design are important research results in landscapes. The color elements of buildings that occupy a large area of landscape are important factors that stabilize and revitalize human beings through emotions. These detailed findings are important to consider in the evaluation of the color of the landscaped buildings as the landscape development by industrialization and urbanization is progressing. Through more developmental studies, the clarity and objectivity of the deliberation committee members should be improved to create a landscape suitable for life, and the results of this study will serve as a standard for future research. |
