요약1	본 연구는 PMBOK와 ISO 21500의 이론체계를 기반으로 하여, 건설 프로젝트에서 시공PM 역량이 프로젝트 품질성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 시공PM의 핵심 역량으로는 프로젝트 목표 설정, 이해관계자 관리, WBS 구축, 리스크 관리, 실행 프로세스 관리 등을 포함하였다. 또한 협력사 소장의 시공관리 및 의사소통 역량이 시공PM 역량과 프로젝트 품질성과 간의 관계에 조절 효과를 미치는지를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 협력사 소장의 시공관리 역량은 프로젝트 수행에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 이를 반영하기 위한 체계적인 교육 시스템 및 의무화 제도의 도입이 필요함을 확인하였다. 시공관리자에게 시공PM 역량에 대한 교육과 인식 제고를 통해 생산성을 향상시키고, 부실공사 발생을 저감할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 나아가 협력사 소장의 역량 향상은 전문건설업체의 거래 협상력을 강화하는 기회가 될 수 있으며, 국내 건설현장의 질적 향상에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.
요약2	This study is based on the theoretical frameworks of PMBOK and ISO 21500 and aims to analyze the impact of construction PM competencies on project quality performance in construction projects. The core competencies of construction PMs include project goal setting, stakeholder management, WBS development, risk management, and execution process control. Additionally, the study examines whether the construction management and communication competencies of subcontractor site managers have a moderating effect on the relationship between PM competencies and project quality performance. The results indicate that the construction management competency of subcontractor site managers significantly influences project execution. This finding highlights the need for a structured training system and the implementation of mandatory education programs. Furthermore, enhancing construction PM competencies through education and awareness is expected to improve productivity and reduce the occurrence of defective construction. Finally, improving the competencies of subcontractor site managers may strengthen the negotiation power of specialty contractors and contribute to the overall quality enhancement of domestic construction sites.
