공동주택 구조물의 부실시공 심각성이 지속적으로 제기되어, 건설현장에 상주하는 건설사업관리기술인 측면에서 문제점을 알 아보고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 품질 ? 안전 문제 해결로 부실시공 방지를 위해 공동주택 건설현장에 배치되는 건설사업관 리기술인의 현황과 문제점을 조사하여 건설사업관리기술인 배치의 적정성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 건설사업관리기술 인과 건설회사 관리감독자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 관련 기술 분야의 전문성을 갖춘 시공관리자 배치의 필 요성이 인식되었으며 건설현장의 건설사업관리 인력에 대한 명확한 배치 기준과 자격 기준의 입법적 규정화 필요성이 도출되었다. |

The seriousness of poor construction in apartment building structures has been continuously raised, and we aimed to examine these phenomena from the perspective of on-site construction management personnel. Therefore, this research investigated the current status and problems of construction managers deployed at apartment construction sites to prevent defective construction by addressing quality and safety issues, and to determine the appropriateness of their deployment. The research method involved conducting a survey targeting construction managers and construction company supervisors. The empirical findings indicate a perceived imperative for the deployment of construction managers possessing domain-specific expertise in relevant technical disciplines, concomitant with an acknowledged requirement for legislative codification of explicit deployment parameters and qualification standards for construction management personnel. |
