고령화 가속화와 고령주택에 대한 인식 변화로 인해 현재 지역사회의 경제구조와 역학관계가 크게 변화함에 따라 기존 가이드라인에 대한 새로운 분석과 새로운 접근 방식을 고안하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 호주와 뉴질랜드의 노인 주거와 관련된 지역 사회 인프라와 연결된 주거 모델을 조사하였으며, 이를 통해 한국의 노인 주거 디자인 지침 개선을 목표로 하였다. 첫째, 민간 기업의 참여가 고려되어야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회 기반 서비스 연계형 인프라 도입이 독려되어야 한다. 셋째, 공개공지 및 야외 조경과의 연계의 도입을 고려해야 한다. |

It is essential to conduct a fresh analysis and devise new approaches to the existing guidelines as the current economic structure and dynamics in local communities undergo significant changes due to the acceleration of aging population and evolving perceptions towards elderly housing. This study examined a housing model connected to community infrastructure in relation to elderly housing in Australia and New Zealand with the aim of enhancing the design guidelines for elderly housing in Korea. Initially, it is imperative to introduce urban infrastructure that is connected to the community. Secondly, to establish services and facilities tailored to meet the needs of elderly individuals seeking to maintain independent living. Thirdly, it is essential to connect public lands with outdoor landscaping. According to the change in perception of housing for the elderly, the need for spaces that separate residential and service areas and provide communities could be derived, and this study can confirm the implications of continuous service linkage and community network formation, such as linking with urban infrastructure, creating an independent living environment, and using public land. |
