조선왕릉의 재실은 제례를 준비하고 능을 관리하기 위한 공간이다. 최근까지 재실과 관련된 연구는 지속적으로 이루어져 왔으나, 대부분 전근대기인 조선 시대에 초점을 맞추고 있으며 일제강점기 재실의 근대적 변화에 주목한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 1930년대 작성된 이왕가 예산 관련 자료를 토대로 조선왕릉 재실과 관련된 전반적인 건축 공사 내용을 살펴보고 그 근대적 변화를 파악하였다. 그 결과 재실 영역의 성격 변화, 새로운 평면의 도입, 위생시설의 신설, 새로운 건축 재료의 사용의 네 가지로 정리할 수 있다. |

The Jaesil of the Royal Tomb of the Joseon Dynasty served as a space for performing rituals and managing the royal tombs. Until recently,
several studies have been conducted on the Royal Tombs of the Joseon Dynasty and the royal family. However, most studies are limited to
the Joseon Dynasty era, and it is difficult to find studies that pay attention to the modern changes in Jaesil. Therefore, this study examined
the overall construction details related to the Jaesil of the royal tombs based on the Yi Wang-ga budget documents from the 1930s, which
are currently housed in the National Archives, and analyzed the modern changes of Jaesil. As a result, the overall changes in the Jaesil of
the royal tombs were summarized in four ways. Changes in the character of the building and exterior spaces, the introduction of new floor
plans, the installation of sanitation, and the use of new materials. |
