2018년 1월 10개였던 전국 다함께돌봄센터(이하 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설)는 2024년 1월 기준 1,046개로 크게 증가하였다. 그럼에도 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설의 기능별 공간구성과 건축계획에 대한 학술적 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시에서 운영하는 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설인 융합형 '우리동네키움센터'를 연구대상으로 선정하여 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설의 기능별 공간을 분석하였다. 또한, 통합도 지표를 활용하여 기능별 공간에서의 접근성을 분석하였다. 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설의 기능별 공간구성은 공용공간, 활동공간, 관리지원공간, 위생공간, 기타공간의 5개 공간군이 필요하다. 기능별 공간의 통합도 값은 공용공간, 활동공간, 관리지원공간, 기타공간, 위생공간의 순이다. 이는 시설 내부 공간에서 공용공간과 활동공간이 주요한 위치에 있다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 보육 및 교육 등의 돌봄 활동이 공용공간과 활동공간에 집중되어 있어 두 공간군에서의 접근성이 중요하게 고려되는 것으로 해석된다. 이와 같은 연구는 서울시 융합형 초등돌봄시설 및 유사한 면적의 학교 밖 초등돌봄시설의 건축계획 및 설계에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. |

The number of Dahamkke Care Centers (hereinafter referred to as out-of-school elementary care facilities) nationwide, which was 10 in
January 2018, increased significantly to 1,046 as of January 2024. Nevertheless, academic research on the spatial organization and
architectural planning of out-of-school elementary child care facilities by function is insufficient. Accordingly, in this study, the convergence
type “Wooridongne Kium Center,” an out-of-school elementary care facility operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, was selected as
the research object and the spatial composition of the out-of-school elementary care facility by function was analyzed. In addition,
accessibility in space for each function was analyzed using the integration value. The space configuration for each function of an
out-of-school elementary care facility requires five space groups: common space, activity space, management support space, hygiene space,
and other spaces. The degree of integration of space by function was in the order of common space, activity space, management support
space, other space, and hygiene space, and it was analyzed that the common space and activity space were in the main location. This is
interpreted to mean that child care activities are concentrated in common spaces and activity spaces, so accessibility in the two space groups
is considered important. Through such research, it can be used as basic data for the architectural plan and design of Seoul's integrated
elementary care facilities and out-of-school elementary care facilities with similar area sizes. |
