본 연구에서는 해외 건설공사 감리 체계를 조사 ? 분석하여 국내 감리 업무 개선 방안을 마련하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다.
연구결과 발주청의 역할 및 책임을 강화하기 위해 관련 규정 및 매뉴얼을 마련하고, 감리자의 업무 경감 및 발주청의 업무 분담을 통해 감리 업무를 효율화 하며, 감리업무 평가 체계 수립을 통한 피드백 체계를 조성하는 방안 마련이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통해 국내 감리업무 개선이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. |

This study investigated and analyzed overseas construction supervision systems to proposeimprovements for domestic supervision practices. The findings indicate a need for strengthening therole and responsibility of the ordering organization, sharing the workload and reducing the burden onsupervisors, establishing a supervision work evaluation system. By implementing these recommendations,it is anticipated that the quality and effectiveness of construction supervision can be significantlyenhanced. |
