모델하우스는 대한주택공사가 1969년 공동주택의 선분양을 실험하기 위해 최초로 모델하우스를 건설한 이래로, 지금까지 국내 학계의 다양한 분야에서 주목을 받고 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 모델하우스 연구의 동향에 대한 종합적인 분석은 지금까지 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 체계적인 문헌 고찰을 통해 모델하우스의 동향을 탐색하는 것이다. 1994년부터 2023년까지 RISS, DBPIA, AURIC 등의 학술논문 검색엔진에서 추출된 95편의 학술 논문을 이 논문들에 대한 내용 및 빈도 분석을 진행하였다. 구체적으로, 내용분석을 통해 연구자들이 다룬 연구 대상의 단위를 기준으로 (1) 아파트 인테리어 유닛, (2) 독립시설, (3) 가상기술, (4) 기타 : 주택 매매, 문화, 철학 및 도시 현상 등 4개 그룹으로 분류하였으며, 이에 관한 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 아파트 인테리어 유닛(45.3%)에 관한 연구가 주를 이루었고, 다른 그룹(각각 독립 시설 20.0%, 가상 기술 21.3%, 기타 13.7%)도 충분히 연구되어져 왔음을 확인했다. 이러한 결과는 모델하우스 연구에 대한 이해의 기반 마련 및 모델하우스에 관한 인식의 확장 차원에서 의의가 있다. 특히, 본 연구의 이러한 빈도 분석의 결과는 모델하우스 연구에서 주로 다루어지는 주제와 그렇지 않은 주제를 분명하게 드러내주기 때문에, 문헌 검토의 효율성 증진 차원에서 후속 연구를 위한 기초연구로써 큰 가치가 있다. |

Since the Korea National Housing Corporation (KNHC) constructed the first model house in 1969 to experiment with the pre-sale system for
apartment housing, this concept has attracted attention across various disciplines in Korea. However, a comprehensive analysis of trends in
model-house research has been lacking until now. This study aims to explore the trends of model houses through a systematic literature
review. A total of 95 relevant papers published in Korean academic journals from 1994 to 2023 were examined, utilizing quantitative analysis
of sources searched from databases like RISS, DBPIA, and AURIC. The research was then categorized into four groups using content and
frequency analysis based on the perception of model houses: apartment interior units, independent facilities, virtual technology, and others
such as concepts reflecting housing sales, cultural, philosophical, and urban phenomena of Korea. The frequency analysis revealed that the
majority of research focuses on apartment interior units at 45.3%, with significant contributions from the other groups at 20.0%, 21.3%, and
13.7%, respectively. These results not only deepen our understanding of model house research but also substantially broaden perspectives,
providing a solid foundation for future studies and enhancing the efficiency of literature reviews for new researchers. This is particularly
useful for distinguishing between prominently addressed and less emphasized topics in model house research. |
