In architecture, changes in techniques are one of the biggest influences on design. Throughout the ages, varioustechniques have evolved and developed to transform architecture. This study is composed of the techniques that have mostinfluenced the changes within the various changes in architectural design methods, such as perspective and digital technology,and the architectural design techniques that use artificial intelligence, which are the most advanced and will make changes inthe current era. Perspective and digital technologies have evolved and developed to allow for expressions never seen before,and their interplay of influences has resulted in a variety of changes. The development of perspective has helped to overcomethe limited representation of religion and symbols, and has influenced a shift in form that has allowed for the utilization ofcreative techniques and materials. Digital technologies have made creative accessibility possible by assisting humans withsimple, repetitive labor, reducing work time and generating new forms and spaces with algorithms using natural principles. Theevolution and development of techniques has served as a trigger for the development of architectural design and theconstruction of new forms and spaces.
This study looks at artificial intelligence techniques as an extension of the historical evolution of architectural design techniquesand explores the implications of applying artificial intelligence techniques to architectural design by comparing the characteristicsof architectural design with the characteristics seen through perspective and digital technology. The architectural design of AIhas similar characteristics to the previous two. AI techniques have generated unlimited creativity through the convergence ofhuman and technology, and have shown evolutionary qualities through their interaction with art. Changes in techniques affectthe way forms are built and create results that could not be built with previous techniques, and the influence of each techniquehas caused changes and problems in the subject's thought. This study concludes by drawing implications for architecturaldesign due to the application of artificial intelligence, a technique that will change in the future. |
