건설 프로젝트의 규모와 복잡성이 커지는 가운데, 체계적이고 통합적인 공정관리의 실행은 국내 건설 산업의 도전과제로남아있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 먼저 종합적인 관점에서 공정관리 역량을 제도 및 규정, 발주자 요구사항, 전문 인력및 조직, 공정관리 관련 업무, 스마트건설 기술 활용 5개 분야로 정의하였다. 그리고 국내 건설 산업 종사자를 대상으로 각 분야별 공정관리 역량 요소별로 중요성과 현재수준을 평가하는 설문을 진행하고 IPA분석을 실시하여 국내 건설 산업의 공정관리 역량을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 공정관리 역량을 구성하는 다양한 요소를 대상으로 중요성을 인식되고 있지만, 현재 수준과의 격차가 존재함을 밝혀, 개선이 필요한 영역을 제시하였다. 특히 개선이 필요한 영역으로는 발주처의 공정 관리를 위한 예산 확보, 공사 기간의 적정성 산전 및 평가기준 수립, 현장 공정 관리 인력의 배치, 공정 관리 소프트웨어에 대한 투자 등이 꼽혔다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 국내 건설 산업의 공정관리 역량에 대한 자세한 시각과 개선방향을 제시하였으며, 이는 공정관리 실무적용을 활성화하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. |

In an era where construction projects are becoming increasingly large and complex, the Koreanconstruction industry faces the challenge of implementing systematic and cohesive schedule managementpractices. This study initially delineates the concept of schedule management capabilities, systematicallycategorizing them into five distinct domains: law and regulations, requirements of project owners,capabilities of professionals and organizations, task capability, and the adoption of smart constructiontechnologies for schedule management. Through a survey targeting industry professionals, thisresearch assesses the perceived importance and the actual proficiency level in schedule managementacross these categories, employing an Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) to scrutinize thesecapabilities. The findings underscore the acknowledged significance of diverse aspects of schedulemanagement, yet reveal discrepancies between the current proficiency levels and their perceivedimportance, pinpointing areas necessitating enhancement. Critical improvement needs identifiedencompass the planning of budgets for schedule management, development of regulations forassessing construction periods, deployment of specialized on-site staff for schedule management, andinvestment in advanced schedule management software solutions. Consequently, this study offers anuanced analysis and strategic insights for enhancing schedule management practices, aiming tofacilitate their effective implementation in the field. |
