(5) ÇöÇà ¿¡³ÊÁöÀý¾à¼³°è±âÁØ ´ëºñ Á¦·Î¿¡³ÊÁö °ÇÃ๰ ÀÎÁõ °¡À̵å¶óÀÎ Àû¿ë¿¡ µû¸¥ ´ÜÀ§ ³Ã³­¹æºÎÇÏ Àú°¨ È¿°ú´Â ³Ã¹æÀÇ °æ¿ì 8.6~12.3%, ³­¹æÀÇ °æ¿ì 14.0~15.2%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ´Â ÇöÇà ¿¡³ÊÁöÀý¾à¼³°è±âÁØÀÇ ´Ü¿­ ¼º´ÉÀÌ Á¦·Î¿¡³ÊÁö °ÇÃ๰¿¡ ±ÙÁ¢ÇÏ´Â ¼öÁØ¿¡ µµ´ÞÇßÀ½À» ÀǹÌÇÑ´Ù.

ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¬±¸ °á°ú¸¦ ÅëÇØ ÇöÇà ´ÜÀ§ ³Ã³­¹æºÎÇÏ ±âÁØÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â Çѱ¹Áö¿ª³­¹æ°ø»ç ?¿­»ç¿ë½Ã¼³±âÁØ?°ú »ê¾÷Ç¥ÁØ±Ô°Ý KS C 9306ÀÇ ´ÜÀ§ ³Ã³­¹æºÎÇÏ ±âÁØ °³¼±¿¡ ÁÁÀº ÀÚ·á·Î½á È°¿ëµÉ ¼ö ÀÖ±æ ¹Ù¶ó¸ç, ÃßÈÄ Á¦·Î¿¡³ÊÁö ÁÖÅÃÀ» À§ÇÑ ´ÜÀ§ ³Ã³­¹æ ºÎÇÏ ±âÁØ Á¦Á¤¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ÁÁÀº Âü°íÀÚ·á°¡ µÉ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù. ´Ù¸¸, ÇÑ °¡Áö ¾Æ½¬¿î Á¡Àº ÇöÇà ¿¡³ÊÁöÀý¾à¼³°è±âÁØ°ú Á¦·Î¿¡³ÊÁö °ÇÃ๰ ÀÎÁõ °¡À̵å¶óÀο¡ µû¸¥ ´ÜÀ§ ³Ã³­¹æºÎÇÏ °á°ú¸¦ µµÃâÇÔ¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ¿­°ü·ùÀ²°ú Á¶¸í¹Ðµµ µÎ °¡Áö¸¦ ¼³°è º¯¼ö·Î ÇÑÁ¤ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó ±× ÇÑ°è°¡ Á¸ÀçÇß´Ù. ÇÏ¿© ÃßÈÄ ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¼³°è º¯¼öµéÀ» °´°üÀûÀ¸·Î Á¤·®È­ÇÏ¿© ¹æÀ§º°, ¾ÆÆÄÆ® Ãþ¼ö, â¸éÀûºñ, SHGC, ħ±â ¹× ¿Ü±â¿¡ µû¸¥ ¿µÇâµéµµ »ìÆ캼 ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î ÆǴܵȴÙ.
¿ä¾à2 In this study, theoretical reference building model for apartment house was established, and heating and cooling loads per unit were calculated in accordance with the current standard for energy conservation design in buildings and zero-energy building certification guidelines. Subsequently, an analysis was conducted, categorizing the results by region for 17 different cities, by floor area for 3 unit types, and by unit layout for 9 unit types. The analysis also considered heating and cooling load components based on both the current standard for energy conservation design in buildings and zero-energy building certification guidelines. The significant conclusions derived from this analysis can be summarized as follows. According to the current standard for energy conservation design in buildings, it is possible to achieve a reduction of 55.1% to 62.0% in cooling load compared to KS C 9306. For heating, a load reduction of 31.7% to 37.0% is achievable compared to the heat utilization facilities standard of the Korea District Heating Corporation. Application of zero-energy building certification guidelines, in comparison to the current standard for energy conservation design in buildings, results in a cooling load reduction of 8.6% to 12.3% and a heating load reduction of 14.0% to 15.2%. These findings indicate that the insulation performance of current standard for energy conservation design in buildings is approaching the level required for zero-energy buildings. In the future, in order to reduce the energy demand of apartment house in compliance with mandatory zero-energy building certification, it can be concluded that a reduction in heating and cooling load through the mitigation of factors other than insulation will be necessary.
