본 연구는 설문(인식적 관점의 범죄 문제)과 디자인 워크숍(장소 및 상황적 관점의 범죄 문제 규명)을 통해서 성별에 따른 범죄 불안감과 인식 차이를 확인하고, 설문과 워크숍의 결과를 사업에 직접 반영하여 CPTED 사업의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성별에 따른 지각과 인지의 차이가 확인되었고, CPTED 대안에 대한 범죄예방 효과 만족도는 매우 높게 나타났다. 특히, 디자인 워크숍에서 선호도가 높았던 CPTED 대안의 만족도가 높았는데, 이를 통해 디자인 워크숍이 CPTED 사업의 효과 및 만족도 증진에 어느 정도 기여하는 것으로 추론할 수 있다. |

This study analyzed gender-based differences in crime perception and awareness through surveys (anxiety perception perspective) and Crime Prevention
Through Environmental Design (CPTED) workshops (spatial perspective). By deriving CPTED items reflecting these differences and analyzing the
effectiveness of CPTED workshops, we aimed to identify variations in crime anxiety and perception based on gender. The results of the analysis
revealed perceptual-cognitive disparities based on gender within the same environment (context). The satisfaction with crime prevention effects derived
from the CPTED items was found to be remarkably high. Particularly noteworthy is the high level of satisfaction with alternative solutions, as
emphasized in local solutions. This underscores the effectiveness of spatially-oriented CPTED workshops in contributing to CPTED initiatives. |
