¿ä¾à2 (Background and Purpose) Interest in untact design is rapidly increasing due to the expansion of modern people's needs for convenience and speed in daily life and the distancing guidelines in response to emergencies of COVID-19. Various types of untact spatial services are being attempted in physical spaces, and among them, base office(BO) is a representative space that realizes untact by distributing users and separating spaces. This study tried to find design issues by analyzing the case of the BO space program from the point of view of the untact spatial service. The purpose of study is to establish a service environment that can be maintained in everyday and emergency situations. (Method) Based on previous studies on untact spatial services and BO and the current status of coping with COVID-19, derive characteristic factors of BO space programs that combine smart offices and co-working offices along with untact spatial service factors and present case analysis tools with the factors. Cases C1 and C2 were selected as BO for untact realization, and analysis tools were applied to analyze them as physical centers that are in contact with spatial experiences within the office. The analysis included the following steps: (1) analysis on characteristic of BO space program reflected in physical evidence and (2) evaluation by design factors of untact spatial service centered on physical evidence. (Results) First, the BO was suitable for remote work by focusing on convenience, interaction, and flexibility, which are essential requirements for work performance, and by presenting various space types such as non-face-to-face meeting spaces for one person and conference booths, it was optimized for various types of work and had a space program that was advantageous to the melting pot. Second, from the perspective of untact space service, the BO was based on continuous psychological stability through environmental sensors or recognition systems, and in order to disperse users, spatial services that can guarantee safety and healthy daily life by enabling space selection according to density were reflected. In addition, it was confirmed that it has an optimal space program that can be utilized by flexibly coping with all daily and non-daily situations. (Conclusions) Office space is evolving into office-free through various types, and this phenomenon is found not only in offices but also in various spaces that perform functions. Therefore, a space with functions will require a space program that can flexibly respond to various situations and transform into a hybrid form, rather than a standardized space presentation. It is expected that space program of BO, which realizes untact spatial service, will present a direction for efficient space utilization and diversification based on safety as a space program that can coexist in everyday life and non-daily life.
