본 연구는 노후화된 종합사회복지관의 안전 및 이용자의 편의 증진을 위해 GIS를 활용하여 서울시 종합사회복지관 이용자의 사회인구학적 특성을 분석하여 이를 반영한 공간개선 방향을 모색하기 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법은 문헌 고찰을 통한 시설의 현황조사와 GIS 기반 공간분석이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시 종합사회복지관은 노후화가 심각하고, 지역에 따라 아동·청소년, 노인 인구의 변화로 이용자의 현황이 변화하고 있었다. 둘째, 전반적으로 아동·청소년 인구의 감소와 노인, 1인 가구, 독거노인, 수급가구, 외국인 수의 증가추세를 파악할 수 있었다. 셋째, 군집 분석과 ANOVA를 진행한 결과, 이용자의 사회인구학적 변화가 지역별로 차이가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 특정한 이용자나 기능에 한정하여 공간을 계획하는 대신, 사회인구학적 변화에 따라 이용자의 요구사항이 계속 변화되는 점을 고려하여 상황에 따라 다용도로 공간 활용이 이루어질 수 있도록 계획해야 한다. |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the socio-demographic characteristics of users of social welfare facilities in Seoul using GIS and to
suggest implications for finding a direction for spatial improvement that reflects this. This is to improve the safety and convenience of aging
social welfare facilities. The method of this study is to investigate the current status of facilities through literature review and to analyze
spaces and users based on GIS. The results of this study were as follows; First, the social welfare center in Seoul is old seriously, and the
current status of users is changing due to changes in the population of children, youth, and the elderly depending on the region. Second, the
overall decrease in the population of children and youth and the increase in the elderly, single-person households, the elderly living alone,
low-income households, and foreigners were confirmed. Third, the difference in socio-demographic changes of users by region was confirmed
through cluster and ANOVA analysis. Based on the above results, it is necessary to plan so that the space can be used for multiple purposes
according to the situation in consideration of the user's needs rather than planning the space by limiting it to a specific user or function.
This is because it is constantly changing with socio-demographic changes. |
