요약1	본 연구는 코로나19 확산 이후 감염병에 대응하는 지역공공병원 정문 사례를 조사하고 향후 감염병 발생 시 입실계획 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 먼저 감염관리 대응 지침을 조사하고 8개 지역 공공의료원을 방문하여 입구에서 현재 접근 절차를 조사하고 병원 시설 관리자를 인터뷰했다. 본 현장조사에서는 감염병 대응을 위해 설치된 장비 및 시설의 용도를 분석하였다. 둘째, 공공의료원 주출입구 변화를 평면을 활용해 분석했다. 주출입구에서 방문객 동선에 따라 진행되는 감염병 대응 절차와 추가된 시설물의 위치를 파악하고 문제점을 도출했다. 셋째, 지역공공병원 평면도를 4가지 계획유형으로 분류하고, 감염병 유행시 출입구 배치의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과 동일한 플랜 유형에 대해서도 입학 절차에 대한 응답이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 각 계획 유형의 상대적인 차이와 다양한 측면을 반영하여 적절한 진입 흐름과 절차를 도출했다. 본 연구는 향후 새로운 의료건축계획 방향을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 것이다.
요약2	This study aims to analyze the main entrances of regional public hospitals responding to infectious diseases after the spread of COVID-19 and to suggest direction for entrance planning in case of future epidemics. The infection control response guidelines were examined, and eight regional public hospitals were visited to research the current entrance access procedures while interviewing hospital facility managers. The purpose of the equipment and facilities installed for infectious disease response and changes in the main entrance area were analyzed by its architectural floor plans. Problems were then derived upon examining the required elements at the entrance and the newly added infectious disease response of visitors flow and procedure. The floor plan of regional public hospitals was classified into four plan types, and the improvement direction of the entrance layout during an infectious disease epidemic was presented. The results showed that there were different responses of entrance procedure with the same plan type. In addition, the suitable entrance flow and procedure reflecting the relative differences and various aspects of each plan type was derived. This study could be used in the future as basic data for the architectural planning direction of a new hospital.
