정부는 도시재생 뉴딜사업 등 급증하는 도시재생 관련 사업을 지원하기 위한 전문인력의 부족을 인식하고 도시재생 전문가의 지속적이고 체계적인 양성을 위해 대학지원사업을 추진하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 기관에서 제공하는 도시재생 전문교육 프로그램이 있었음에도 대학 주도 학위 프로그램이 탄생하게 된 배경을 알아보고, 국토부 선정 도시재생 인력양성 수행 대학으로 선정된 6개 대학의 교육조직과 교육과정을 조사 분석하여 지속가능한 도시재생 전문가 교육체계 구축을 위한 예비 연구자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과, 6개 선정 대학의 교육조직과 교육과정이 대체로 유사하여 지역거점 교육 연합체로서의 기능을 수행하기 위한 지역 특성화가 두드러지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 대학조직간 동형현상으로 인해 커리큘럼의 유사성이 심화되지 않도록 주의가 요구되며 계속 전문 개발과 같은 지원 프로그램과 함께 연구의 다양성을 해치지 않는 방법을 함께 고민해야 할 것이다. |

In recognizing the shortage of professionals to support the rapidly increasing urban regeneration-related projects such as the Urban
Regeneration New Deal project, the government initiated a university supporting scheme for the continuous and systematic nurturing of Urban
Regeneration Experts. In order to provide preliminary research materials for establishing a sustainable urban regeneration expert education
system, this study aims to uncover the background of these university-led degree programs along with the existing urban regeneration
specialized education program, research course details at six selected universities, examine the curriculum operated by each educational
organization and analyze how it differs from the urban regeneration-related degree programs at overseas universities. The study revealed that
the educational organizations and curriculum of these six universities were generally similar, regional specialization was not prominent despite
their goal of providing regionally specialized course that perform as regional base education associations. Since the similarity of the
curriculum has the potential to intensify in the future due to the isomorphism phenomenon, special attention should be given with potential
methods to not harm the diversity of research while supporting programs that involve CPD (Continuing Professional Development). |
