1인가구의 급증과 초고령사회로 다가가는 시점에서 서울시의 '한지붕 세대공감'사업은 노인사회복지, 청년주거복지 측면의 합리적인 목적으로 진행되는 세대 간 주거공유 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 다가오는 초고령사회의 새로운 주거유형이 될 수 있는 한지붕 세대공감 프로젝트 연계에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 질적 요인인 사회문화적 관점을 배제하고, 국가통계자료를 활용하여 한지붕 세대공감 프로젝트를 자치구 단위의 도시적 맥락에서 이해하기 위한 정량적 분석이 이루어졌다는 점에서 의미가 크다. 분석을 위해 통계분석 방법으로 다중회귀분석을 채택하고 참여 대상자인 청년과 고령자를 대표할 독립변수(요인)를 선정하였다. 청년은 홈 찾는 자로서, 주거수요를 나타내는 양적지표 5개를 선정하고, 고령자는 홈 제공자로서, 주거특성을 나타내는 지표 13개를 인구특성 성별, 지역경제 여건 등을 포함하여 선정하였다. 또한, 종속변수인 한지붕 세대공감사업의 고령자와 청년을 매칭한 결과가 자치구 단위로 공개됨에 따라, 독립변수들의 데이터를 15개 지구로 정리하고 다중회귀분석을 수행했다. 분석 결과, '대학 수'와 '고령 여성이 거주하는 아파트 수'가 한지붕 세대공감사업 성과에 효과적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 도출됐다. 두 요인이 각각 청년 세대의 양적 주택수요와 고령세대의 주거특성을 대변하는 두 가지 요인이기 때문에 한지붕 세대공감에서 고려해야 할 부분은 대학 수로 대표되는 젊은 세대의 수요와 주택을 제공하는 노인들의 주거특성을 동시에 고려해야 한다는 점을 시사한다. |

At a time when the number of single-person households are soaring and approaching a super-aged society, the Seoul Metropolitan
Government's Generational Empathy Under a Roof project was launched. This is a housing sharing program between generations for practical
purposes in terms of social welfare for the elderly and housing for the youth. This study focused on identifying factors affecting the
matching results of this project, which could be a new residential type in the upcoming super-aged society. Quantitative analysis was made to
understand this project in the urban context of districts, excluding the sociocultural perspective, using national statistics. Five quantitative
indicators that represented housing needs were selected as home visitors, and 13 indicators representing housing characteristics were selected
as home providers, including population characteristics, gender, and local economic conditions. In addition, the matching results data of the
elderly and the young in the dependent Generational Empathy Under a Roof project were disclosed on a district basis, the data of
independent variables representing young and old participants were organized into 15 districts, and a multiple regression analysis was
performed. According to this analysis, the number of universities and the number of apartments where older women reside were factors that
significantly affected the performance of the Han-roof generation empathy project. Since each of these two factors represented the quantitative
housing needs of the young generation represented by the number of universities and the housing characteristics of the older generation who
provide housing, these aspects should be simultaneously considered for this project. |
