본 연구에서는 최근 관심이 높아지고 있는 OSC 방식의 프로젝트를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 프로젝트 관리시스템 개발 과정과 적용 효과에 대해 설명한다. 관리시스템 개발을 위해 문헌조사, 사례분석, 실무자 인터뷰를 실시해 OSC 프로젝트의 관리적 특성을 파악하고 이에 대한 관리시스템이 갖추어야 하는 요구사항과 필요 기능을 도출하였다. 도출 결과를 바탕으로 OSC 프로젝트 관리시스템을 구현하였으며 현장에 적용하여 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 관리시스템은 공장생산, 운송, 현장설치의 각 단계에서 관리업무의 효율성과 정확도를 향상시키고 불필요한 시간과 노력을 감소시킨 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 OSC 프로젝트 관리의 특성을 확인하고 OSC 프로젝트 관리시스템의 요구사항과 필요 기능을 도출하였고, 이를 기반으로 관리시스템을 개발하고 적용 효과를 분석하여 실무적 적용성을 제시한 점에서 의미가 있다. |

This study presents the development process and application effect of project management system to efficiently manage OSC projects which
are recently getting more attention. We conducted literature review, case analysis, and expert interviews to identify the characteristics of the
OSC project management and to derive the requirements and necessary functions that the management system should have. Based on the
results of the preliminary study, the OSC project management system was implemented and the effect was analyzed by applying it to the
field. It was found that the management system improved the efficiency and accuracy of management work and reduced unnecessary time
and effort at each stage of factory production, transportation, and on-site installation. This study is meaningful in that it identified the
characteristics of OSC project management, derived the requirements and necessary functions of OSC project management system, and
presented practical applicability by developing management system and analyzing the application effect. |
