¿ä¾à2 In this study, there is foreign cases which ecological design method is applied on contemporary office buildings, which are classified into each items of ecological design method and integration design steps, and also items of ecological design method is classified into eco-tech cases, echo-green cases and eco-poetic cases.
The analysis on integration design process is classified into planning step, planning and preliminary design step and design step, and according to these steps, it is classified into ecological characteristics of cases. Also, the analysis on ecological design method is classified into land use planning, mass design, skin design, space planning, materials design, energy system, resources recycling, which this study ,according to these categories, is analysised on ecological characteristics of cases.
According to results being analysised in this study, design directions on planning step are diversely established on environment friendly alterations, architectural models of low-energy and low-carbon, passive energy strategy, etc. On planning and preliminary design step, eco-tech cases are actively applied on energy design, mechanical service system design, lighting design, ventilation design, water system design, while eco-green cases are concentrated on ecological technologies of skin design. On working design stage, eco-tech cases are applied on diversly ecological method of optimization in materials and mechanical system, tec, but eco-green cases are applied partially to ecological technology.
Therefore, in this study, office buildings being in future, are balanced on eco-tech architecture being applied on system control method and eco-green architecture being applied on technology based on natural principles.
