지역축제는 지역의 이미지를 높이고 지역특산물의 판매를 확대할 뿐만 아니라 외부 방문객을 해당 지역에 끌어들여 문화산업을 활성화시키고 인지도가 높은 지역이미지를 활용하여 관련 산업을 발전시키는 등 지역의 전반적인 사회문화, 환경, 경제, 균형적 발전을 활성화 시킬 수 있다 . 또한 농촌관광 체험은 여가문화생활 기대를 위한 귀농귀촌 요인으로 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 귀농귀촌에 있어서 지역 축제는 중요한 유인 요인의 하나라고 판단된다. 본 연구 목적은 지역축제를 귀농귀촌 홍보의 장으로 활용할 가능성이 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 실증분석 결과는 축제 참가로 인하여 귀촌·귀농의사가 일부 증가 한 것으로 나타났다. 귀농·귀촌고려사항요인은 축제만족과 상관관계가 있고 귀농·귀촌의사증가요인은 축제만족요인, 제반환경요인과 교통요인에 대하여 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과가 시사하는 점은 첫째, 축제참자가에게 먼저 축제의 만족을 높혀야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 귀농·귀촌을 주관하는 단체나 기관은 지역축제장이나 축제참가자가 접근하기 쉬운 장소에서 지역 제반 환경, 지역 교통, 지역 편의시설등에 대한 홍보를 적극적으로 하여, 축제가 귀농·귀촌자들의 유입을 촉진하는 통로로 활용되어야 한다. 잠재적인 귀농.귀촌자인 축제참가자들에게 지역축제를 통해 귀농·귀촌 정보와 지역 정보를 보다 더 구체적으로 홍보하면 지역 귀농·귀촌은 증가 할 것으로 예상된다. |

This Local festivals can promote the overall social, cultural, environmental, economic and balanced development of the region by enhancing the regional image and expanding the sales of local specialties by attracting outside visitors. In addition, the experience of rural tourism is influenced as the factors of returning to rural areas for leisure and cultural life expectations. Local festivals are considered to be one of the important attractions for returning to farm. This study aims to analyze whether the local festival is likely to be used as a venue for promoting returning to villages.The empirical analysis showed that the intention of return to rural has increased partly thanks to their participation in the festival. First, the factors of intention on return to farming is related to the cognitive factors of facilities and transportation infrastructure in Pyeongchang. Second, the factors of importance on return to farming are related to the factors of festival satisfaction and facility awareness in Pyeongchang. What these findings suggest is that first, more consideration is needed to increase the satisfaction of festival participants. Second, an organization or institution in charge of return to rural shall actively publicize the local environment, local transportation, and local convenience facilities in places easily accessible to festival participants. The intention of Returning to farm villages are expected to increase further if local information are more specifically promoted to festival participants who are potential returnees through local festivals.Third, the central government's economic support policy for festival-related events and publicity will also be needed. |
