전국적으로 노후 아파트가 증가하고 있고, 많은 아파트 단지에서 리모델링을 추진하고 있다. 리모델링을 통한 단위 세대 평면계획은 리모델링 사업에 있어서 중요한 요소이지만, 리모델링 설계 프로세스에 대한 논의는 학계에서 충분히 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 초기 단계 리모델링 평면설계 프로세스를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 2베이 평면의 복도형, 계단실 평면에 대하여 건축사 6명을 대상으로 전문가 설계실험을 수행하였다. 전문가 설계실험과정은 영상으로 촬영하였고, 이를 영상처리하여 각 전문가의 리모델링 평면설계 프로세스를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 6명의 전문 건축사의 설계 프로세스의 과정을 도출하였고 이를 종합하여 6단계의 설계 프로세스를 도출하였다. 6단계의 설계 프로세스는 기존 연구에서 고려하였던 설계과정과 일부 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과가 공동주택 리모델링 설계를 위한 가이드라인으로 활용되며, 후속연구를 위한 기초자료로의 역할을 할 수 있다. |

With the increase of aged apartments nationwide, many apartment complexes are being promoted for remodeling. Although floor plan
proposal through remodeling is an important factor in the remodeling business, discussions regarding design processes for remodeling have not
been sufficiently taking place in the academic world. This research aims to analyze the initial stage remodeling floor plan processes. In order
to do so, we conducted an expert design experiment with six licensed architects on the corridor type and staircase type of a two-bay floor.
The entire course of the experiment was recorded, and we analyzed the remodeling floor plan processes of each expert by processing this
video. As the result, we derived the floor plan processes of six professional architects, and by putting them together, an six-step planning
process. This six-step process had partial differences with the planning process considered in existing studies. The results of this study can be
utilized as guidelines for apartment remodeling plans, and as basic data for subsequent researches. |
