요약1	본 연구의 목적은 코로나 전후 1인 청년가구의 주생활행위(housing behavior)의 변화를 파악하는 것으로, 코로나 이후 1인 청년가구의 주생활행위를 분석한 선행연구와의 비교를 위해 코로나 발생 이전인 2019년 1월부터 12월까지 발간된 인터넷기사 133개에 대한 내용분석을 진행하였다. 또한, 보다 기사분석 결과와 연계한 실제 청년가구의 행위변화를 면밀히 살펴보기 위해 1인 청년가구 10인을 대상으로 코로나 전후 주생활행위 변화에 대한 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 기사분석 결과에서는 코로나 발생 이후 hobby, home decoration에 관한 기사가 더 많이 발행되었다. 인터뷰 결과에서는 취미활동이 증가한 것은 기사분석 결과와 동일하였으나, 재택근무?온라인 수업, 배달식 등 섭식활동의 증가가 특징적으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 코로나 전후 1인 청년가구의 주생활행위의 변화 양상을 보여줌으로써 포스트 코로나시대에 적합한 청년주거공간 계획을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
요약2	With the aim of identifying changes in the housing behavior of young single-person households before and after the outbreak of COVID-19, this study analyzed 133 Internet articles published from January to December before the COVID-19 crisis for a comparison with preceding studies on the housing behavior of young single-person households after the pandemic began. In addition, in order to closely examine the actual behavior changes in young households in connection with the results of the article analysis, interviews were conducted with 10 young single-person households on the changes in their housing behavior before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. The article analysis led to the observation that more articles about hobby and home decoration were published after the crisis. The interview results show, consistent with the article analysis results, an increasing trend of hobby activities, along with a marked increase in activities related to telecommuting, online classes and eating (specifically in relation to delivery meals). The results of this study provide a glimpse of the changes in the housing behavior of young single-person households before and after the pandemic, and are expected to be used as basic data for planning youth housing suitable for the post-corona era.
