요약1	최근 기후문제가 예전보다 빈번하게 보도되고 있다. 급격히 악화되는 지구온난화에 대비하기 위해 건물분야에서도 그린뉴딜정책에 맞추어 녹색건축, 제로에너지건축 등 다양한 방식으로 노력중이다. 예를들어, 높은 인공피복비율과 가용 토지면적이 부족한 도시지역 내에서 녹색건축의 취지에 맞는 공간구조의 개선을 목적으로 2000년 초반부터 옥상 활용에 대한 다양한 방식들이 연구되었다. 하지만 20여년이 지난 현 상황을 보면, 제도의 미흡, 실행을 위한 재원 부족, 소극적 지원책, 설계/시공능력 부재 등으로 인해 옥상녹화, 쿨루프, 태양광 설비(도시미기후 개선, 에너지 절감, 생태적 이점)들의 적용이 매우 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 설계방식 및 시공기술을 제안하여 신축건물 뿐 아니라 기존 노후 건축물에도 적용 가능한 옥상외피구성을 도출하였다. 하부구조[구조체 ? 방수층 ? 단열층 ? 분리층], 상부구조[골재포설, 페데스탈 시스템, 옥상녹화, 태양광]를 통해 성능이 입증된 옥상 활용법을 자유롭게 적용시켜 사용에너지 저감과 도시지역의 환경 개선에 기여할 수 있는 시공법을 확산 시키고자 한다.
요약2	Recently, climate issues have been reported more frequently than before. In order to prepare for the rapidly worsening global warming, in the building sector, various methods such as green architecture and zero-energy architecture are being made in line with the Green New Deal policy. For example, various methods of roof utilization have been studied since the early 2000s for the purpose of improving the spatial structure suitable for the purpose of green architecture in urban areas with a high artificial coverage ratio and insufficient usable land area. However, if you look at the current situation after 20 years, due to the insufficient system, lack of financial resources for implementation, passive support measure by government, and lack of design/construction capability, the actual building has rooftop greening, cool roofs, and photovoltaic facilities(for improving urban microclimate, saving energy, ecological advantage) is a reality that is very insufficient. Therefore, this study proposed a design method and construction technology to derive a roof envelope configuration that can be applied not only to new buildings but also to existing old buildings. Through this, we want to spread the construction method that can contribute to reducing energy used and improving the environment in urban areas by freely applying the proven rooftop utilization method.
