본 연구는 침입범죄발생에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 공간 및 가시성 특성간의 관계를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 이항로짓회귀분석을 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 공간 구문과 가시성에 대한 변수가 유의하게 나타났다. 공간구문의 경우에는 연결도는 증가할수록 범죄발생가능성을 높이는 반면, 통제도는 증가할수록 밤죄발생가능성을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 가시성 분석의 경우, 공간의 가시성이 높아질수록 범죄발생가능성을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. |

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between spatial and visibility characteristics and crime occurrence among various
factors affecting the occurrence of home invasion crime. To this end, the analysis was conducted using a binominal logistic regression
analysis. As a result, variables for space syntax and VGA(Visual Graph Analysis) have been significantly shown. In the case of spatial
compartments, the likelihood of crime increases as the connection increases, while the likelihood of night crimes decreases as the control
increases. In the case of VGA analysis, the higher the visibility of the space, the lower the likelihood of a crime. |
