The purpose of this study is the proposal of the type of community facilities and programs based on culture and arts education to create social capital for women living in small-scale housing improvement project areas. Research methods are literature surveys and surveys. The survey targets 372 women living in a total of four areas where small-scale housing improvement project areas are underway. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) In order to increase awareness of overall ¡®social capital¡¯ of women living in small-scale housing maintenance project areas, it is necessary to provide ¡®culture and arts education-based community facilities¡¯ that can consider residents' lives, link local facilities, and share culture and arts education information. 2) In order to increase awareness of ¡®participation¡¯ and ¡®network¡¯ of women living in small-scale housing maintenance project areas, it is necessary to expand resident communication and recognize continuous exchanges between residents, various cultural and artistic education and resident-sharing facilities that can experience culture and arts are needed, and the application of culture and arts education programs closely related to local life is necessary. 3) In order to increase awareness of ¡®trust¡¯ and ¡®norm¡¯ of women living in small-scale housing maintenance project areas, it is necessary to apply culture and arts education programs to satisfy residents' social needs by utilizing ¡®culture and arts education-based community facilities¡¯ considering local life and to allow residents to jointly respond to the changing status of the community. |
