The purpose of this paper is to analyze the types of media displayed by Hands-on and analyze what types can improve visitors satisfaction. The scope of the research is limited to the Hands-on display media in 4 large science museums in China. The research method, first, is to improve the Hands on display media based on the content of the prior research. Second, based on the revised type as the standard, an on-site investigation of the case was conducted, and the number of display media types and the current situation of the space were counted. Third, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the importance and satisfaction of the types of media displayed by Hands on. Fourth, using the analysis of IPA, suggestions for improvement were made to the hands on display media of the Science Museum that analyzed the cases. Through this research, the Hands on display media should be used flexibly according to the preferences of visitors, improve the existing display media, effectively improve the experience of visitors, and improve the satisfaction of visitors. |
