본 연구는 유치원 설계공모 심사결과 분석을 통해 유치원 설계에 있어 참고할 수 있는 계획의 주안점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 유치원 설계공모 30건의 심사결과를 바탕으로 심사위원들의 평가의견을 분석하였다. 심사위원들이 작성한 평가사유서를 분석하여 계획안 평가의 주요 항목들을 도출하고, 각 항목별로 심사위원들의 언급 횟수를 살펴보는 정량적 분석과 함께 심사위원들이 제시한 항목별 주요 의견들을 정리하여 제시하였다. 연구의 결과는 유치원 계획의 가이드라인으로서 설계자를 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. |

In this study, we conducted an analysis of the evaluation results of the kindergarten design competition where the evaluation results were
disclosed. Through this, it was possible to identify the elements and directions of the kindergarten scheme that juries consider important in
kindergarten design. The areas that are important in evaluation are siteplan and plan. In siteplan, land use planning, pedestrian and vehicle
planning and exterior space planning are important. In plan, plan configuration and zoning plan, common area and movement plan, and
specific requirements for individual rooms are important. As a result of the study, the direction of each item's planning was presented. The
findings could be used as a reference for designers as a guideline for kindergarten planning. It could also be used as a design guideline for
kindergarten design competitions to guide the right direction of planning. |
