본 연구는 교육부의 고교학점제 시행 사업 방향과 강원도교육청의 학교공간혁신사업의 계획안을 분석하여 향후 사전기획 연구의 방향성을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 평창고등학교의 본관 개축을 위한 학교공간혁신 사업의 사전기획연구 사례를 분석하였으며, 기존의 사전기획연구와의 차별성과 시사점을 밝혔다. 연구에 앞서 유관 사업 보고서 등의 문헌연구와 정책분석이 선행되었으며, 참여형 워크숍과 프로세스 및 프로그램개발을 위한 전문가 자문 등이 진행되었다. 본 연구는 첫째, 고교학점제 도입으로 인한 학교 공간 변화의 필요성과 관련 정책에 대해 알아보았다. 둘째, 현재 진행되고 있는 사전기획연구의 현황 및 한계를 살펴보았고, 셋째, 평창고등학교를 중심으로 프로그램 및 프로세스 개발, 전문가 자문, 사용자 참여 디자인 워크숍을 통해 사전기획연구의 개선방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 평창고에 부합하는 스페이스프로그램(안)을 도출하기까지 기존의 사전기획 연구보다 교육청 수준과 학교 현장 수준의 교육과정분석을 포함한 더 세부적인 단계로 나누어 프로세스를 운영하였다는 측면에서 시사하는 바가 크다. |

This study aims to analyze the direction of the Ministry of Education's high school credit system implementation project and the plan of the
Gangwon Provincial Office of Education's school space innovation project and propose the direction of future pre-planned research. To this
end, we analyzed the pre-planning research case of the housing space innovation project for the renovation of the main building of
Pyeongchang High School, and revealed the differentiation and implications from the existing pre-planning research. Prior to the study,
literature research and policy analysis such as related business reports were preceded, and participatory workshops and expert advice for
process and program development were conducted. First of all, this study looked at the need for changes in school space due to the
introduction of the high school credit system and related policies. Second, this study was examined the current status and limitations of
pre-planning research, and thirdly, we proposed the improvement direction of pre-planning research through program and process development,
expert advice, and user-participated design workshops centered on Pyeongchang High School. This study suggests that the process was divided
into more detailed stages, including curriculum analysis at the level of the education office and the level of the school, until the space
program (proposal) consistent with Pyeongchang High School was derived. |
