¿ä¾à2 In this study, the characteristics of combustion and risk difference of general wallpaper, foam block wallpaper, fireproof/non-fireproof silk wallpaper, and fireproof/non-fireproof interior film, which are interior finishing materials of residential facilities, were investigated using the 45 degree combustion tester and the smoke density tester. These combustion characteristics and differences were identified. General wallpaper and foam block wallpapers had no flame retardant performance, and the characteristics of burning were identified. And in the case of silk wallpapers and interior films, it was confirmed that the combustion and smoke density characteristics differ from depending on the flame retardant/non-flame retardant products. In the case of flame retardant products, it was found that there was little residual flame and residual time, but the smoke density was relatively high. However, in the case of non-flame retardant products, it was found to have a relatively large area of fire and carbonized length, so it was found to be vulnerable in terms of fire, and smoke density was found to be lower than that of flame retardant products. Therefore, depending on the housing and the facilities used, it is judged that the use of internal finishing materials with flame-retardant components to prevent the expansion of combustion in general residential facilities will be advantageous in terms of the characteristics of the fire. However, in places with a large floating population, such as neighborhood facilities, it was possible to derive the result of using non-flame retardant products to reduce damage caused by smoke.
