본 연구는 국내 노후한 공동주택의 수직증축형 리모델링에 참고할만하거나 적용 가능한 해외 목조수직증축 리모델링 사례의 범위와 내용을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 또한 본 연구는 국내 수직증축 리모델링의 주요 내용을 파악하기 위한 선행연구 검토와 해외 사례 분석을 통한 연구 방법으로 수행된다. 우선 선행연구 검토에서는 국내 목조수직증축의 미실행 상태임을 알 수 있다. 사례 분석 결과는 첫째, 환경 및 보행친화적 단지 조성, 둘째, 2개 층 목조수직증축과 주동의 파사드 개선, 셋째, 실내 마감 교체, 이중창호 설치 등으로 요약가능하다. |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the scope and contents of Glaciere-Daviel, the wooden vertical extension remodeling in Paris, which
are useful or applicable for the vertical extension remodeling of aged apartment complexes in Korea. The study is carried out as a research
method through literature review to understand the main contents of domestic vertical extension remodeling and foreign case analysis to
figure out the applicable and suggestive items for the domestic remodeling. First of all, the review of previous studies shows not too much
dates and merely wooden extension in relation to vertical extension. It has not been implemented by the domestic wooden vertical extension
yet. The results of the case analysis can be summarized as follows: first, planning of an environment-friendly and pedestrian-friendly
community space, second, extending two-story wooden vertical floors and improving apartment facades, third, replacing internal finishes and
installing double-glazed windows in units. These remodeling contents have implication that could be applied to the vertical extension
remodeling of aged low-rise public rental housing in Korea. |
