본 연구는 국내에서 최초로 인필형, 적층형 공법이 동시에 적용된, 천안 두정동 행복주택의 거주 후 평가, 주택성능 측정을 통해, 모듈러 주택의 주택성능 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구를 진행하여 분석항목을 설정하고 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 주택성능 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였으며, 주택성능 만족도 분석 및 성능측정 결과를 토대로 적층형과 인필형 공법의 비교를 진행, 모듈러 주택의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 추후 모듈러 주택의 주택성능 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. |

This study aims to derive a plan for improving the housing performance of modular housing through post-occupancy evaluation and housing
performance measurement of Happy House in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, where both the infill type construction method and the stacked type
construction method were applied simultaneously for the first time in Korea. For this purpose, prior research and theoretical investigations were
conducted to set analysis items, and surveys and interviews were conducted. Then, the factors influencing the satisfaction of the housing
performance of the modular housing were analyzed, and a comparison between the stacked type and the infill type construction method was
conducted based on the analysis of the housing performance satisfaction and the results of the performance measurement to derive improvement
plans for the modular housing. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for improving the housing performance of
modular housing in the future. |
