¿ä¾à2 In this study, the environmental factors were determined in relation to the importance of applying the appraisal system and the importance of price forming factors, including the factors for environmental assessment, and analyzed in a Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis. The factors for apartment complexes were classified and analyzed according to external factors, building factors, and individual factors, and the analysis was conducted to determine whether the relative importance of the factors including additional eco - friendly factors would vary. The analysis found that the importance of the existing apartment building factors was determined by external factors, building factors, and individual factors. The division analyzes that within the external factors, conditions such as width of street, structure, etc., conditions with city streets and transportation facilities, and the conditions and ecology of the residential environment, which are environmental factors, are not significant. Within the building factors, the conditions of construction and the corridor structure were shown in order, and the environmental factors were analyzed to have little impact.
