¿ä¾à2 This study focuses on strengthening the land use problem and the management policy of the green policy. First, in this study, we investigated the problems of land use of green land through analysis of green area development permit confirmed through official procedure of city planning committee. Second, this study investigated the requirements for improvement of green land policy through individual interview. Four types of residential personnel were selected. Male - to - male interviewed data analysis. The analysis showed that the demand for the four types of residents has shifted. In conclusion, natural green spaces face the need to develop factories, homes and neighborhood service buildings. In particular, renewable facilities for solar energy systems have increased rapidly. Therefore, it is very important to establish a demand for location discrimination that is supported by the land-use system for supply of car supported by the complex land-use technology tool and the sub-district land-use plan.
