Recently, the Seoul Urban Planning Committee proposed the condition that one apartment building should be preserved as a cultural heritage in the process of approving the redevelopment of Jamsil Jugong Complex 5. Residents of the redeveloped apartment complex are complaining about this. It is necessary to understand the position of the city of Seoul and its citizens, and to maintaining the trace of the city in order to close the gap. Understand the structure of conflict between Seoul and residents and analyze the types of traces that residents want. Through a review of previous research, the concept and type of maintaining the trace and the background and status of the project of maintaining the trace currently being promoted in Seoul are examined. A survey of residents and citizens of the redevelopment complex was conducted online and offline. Through the survey, it was possible to find out the differences of opinions in residents of the reconstruction complex, citizens, and Seoul city about preserving an apartment building. There was a difference in positions regarding the part that wanted to maintaining the trace, how to preserve an apartment building, and how to use it in the future. It can be seen that in order for Seoul to implement a policy to maintaining the trace, it is necessary to form a consensus with citizens. |
