영국과 유럽에서 모듈러 건축 산업이 급속히 발전하게 된 이유는 건설현장의 숙련인력의 부족과 인건비 상승과 더불어 부동산 마켓의 변화로 인해 임대 수요가 증가했기 때문이다. 유사한 국내 부동산 시장의 변화는 우리나라 모듈러 건축산업이 앞으로 크게 도약할 기회이자 건설 산업 선진화의 초석을 마련할 수 있는 훌륭한 기회다. 이에 본 연구는 임대 주택시공에 최적의 공법인 모듈러 주택의 중-고층화 방안으로 프리케스트 외장 패널을 제안하고 해외 시공사례와 제조사 자료를 바탕으로 설계자와 제조사를 위한 프리케스트 외장 패널의 디자인 가이드를 제안하였다. |

The reason for the rapid development of the modular construction industry in the UK and Europe is shifts in housing preferences and
subsequent changes in the rental market, on top of the shortage of skilled workers and the rise in labor costs at the construction site. A
similar trend in the domestic housing market would be an opportunity for the modular construction industry to make a big leap forward and
a good opportunity to lay the foundation for the advancement of the construction industry. Therefore, this study proposed the precast concrete
claddings as a way to overcome fire-rating issue of the mid-highrise modular housing construction and set out a design guideline of precast
concrete panel for designers and manufacturers based on construction case studies and manufacturers information in the UK and Europe. |
