The purpose of the study is to propose a planning method for ICT-based Elderly Home Remodeling by Applying Kinetic Principle. This
study is based on the survey and interview with practicing professionals of architectural design. The planning method of ICT-based elderly
home remodeling by applying Kinetic Principle is derived based on the survey of elderly needs, the interview of care workers, and the
interview survey of architectural designers. Remodeling planning methods consist of three types depending on the health condition of the
elderly. Health conditions are divided into three types: independent, semidependent, and dependent elderly. Planning elements are divided into
essential, recommended, and optional. |
