본 연구의 목적은 노인복지주택의 예비 수요자인 중산층이면서 40세부터 59세까지의 중?장년층의 라이프스타일의 유형을 분류하고 이에 따른 노인복지주택 선호 특성을 규명하여 노후의 삶의 질을 높여줄 수 있는 노인복지주택을 계획하기 위한 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 조사대상은 서울특별시 및 경기도를 포함한 수도권과 6대 광역시(인천, 대구, 부산, 광주, 대전, 울산)에 거주하는 노인복지주택의 예비 수요자인 만 40세부터 59세까지의 중?장년층 중에서 중산층을 대상으로 2019년 10월 1일부터 2019년 10월 7일까지 온라인 조사 전문기관인 한국리서치를 통하여 온라인 웹 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 308명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 자료분석은 요인분석, 군집분석, 교차분석과 카이제곱검증(x2), 그리고 일원분산분석을 활용하였다.
조사결과 다음과 같이 결론을 내린다. 첫째, 중산층의 중ㆍ장년층 노인복지주택의 공용공간 중에서 상점, 사우나, 물리치료실, 산책로에 대해서 보다 선호하는 경향을 보이므로 공용공간 계획 시 이들 공간을 우선적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 서비스 제공에 있어서는 기본 응급관리 및 간호서비스, 청소 및 세탁 서비스 등을 좀 더 다양하게 제공할 필요가 있고, 특히, 의무식 식사제공 서비스에서는 비용부담의 이유로 1일 2식 의무식을 보다 더 선호하였다. 프로그램에 있어서는 원예ㆍ텃밭 가꾸기, 수영, 악기배우기를 보다 선호하였고, 비용을 지불하더라도 참여하고 싶은 프로그램은 원예ㆍ텃밭 가꾸기이었으므로, ‘원예ㆍ텃밭가꾸기’ 프로그램에는 좀 더 세심한 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 둘째, 중상층 중ㆍ장년층의 라이프스타일은 군집분석 결과 ‘유행ㆍ창작형’, ‘성취ㆍ창의형’, ‘소극적 수동형’, ‘지도자형’으로 분류되었다. 각 유형의 구성비율을 보면, 유행창작형이 제일 많았고 그 다음은 성취 창의형과 소극적 수동형이 비슷하게 분포되었으며 리더추구형이 제일 적었다. 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 노인복지주택의 선호특성에 있어서는 여가공간과 여가프로그램에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었는데, 유행창작형은 전체적으로 다른 집단에 비하여 이러한 여가공간과 프로그램을 보다 더 선호하는 경향이 있었는데 반하여, 지도자형은 다른 집단에 비하여 이러한 여가공간과 프로그램에 비교적 덜 선호하였다. 즉, 중산층 중ㆍ장년층은 이전 세대보다 사회경험이 많고 경제적으로 풍요로운 노후에도 활발한 여가 활동에 대한 욕구를 짐작할 수 있으며, 자기 개발을 위한 다양한 프로그램의 참여의지를 반영한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 조사는 웹을 이용한 설문조사 방법을 이용했기 때문에 이메일을 사용하지 않는 사람들의 의견을 반영하지 못한 한계를 지니고 있다. |

The purposes of this study are to investigate the differences in the preferred characteristics of a welfare house for the aged according to the lifestyle types of the middle class middle-aged. The preferred characteristics of the residential environment for a welfare house for the aged are categorized into preferred physical characteristics, preferred service & program characteristics, preferred management characteristics. This study conducted an online web-survey targeting the middle class middle-aged in 40-59 as potential consumers of welfare housing for the elderly, residing in the capital area, and six major metropolitan cities, during October, 2019. The data was collected from total 308 subjects, and the data analysis was conducted with the use of factor analysis, cluster analysis, Chi-square test (χ2), and one-way ANOVA. This study has conclusions as follows; 1) The middle-aged middle class preferred store, sauna, physiotherapy clinic, and trail among common-use spaces. In the provision of services, it would be needed to provide more various services such as basic emergency management & nursing service, and cleaning & laundry service. Regarding the programs, they preferred the horticulture, vegetable gardening, swimming, and learning musical instruments. 2) Lifestyles were classified into‘Fashion·creativity-type’, ‘Achievement·creativity-type’, ‘Passive-type’ and ‘Leader-type’. In the preferred characteristics of welfare house for the aged in accordance with the types of lifestyle. Overall, the ‘Fashion·creativity-type’ preferred such leisure space and program compared to other groups while the ‘Leader-type’ relatively less preferred such leisure space and program than other groups. |
