장애인의 탈시설과 커뮤니티 케어 등 지역사회 내에서 장애인이 자립적으로 살아갈 수 있는 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아졌으며, 지역사회 내 장애인의 자립적인 주거생활을 위해서는 주택의 공간계획 측면뿐만 아니라 주택 내 일상생활의 어려움 해결을 지원해주는 주거를 기반으로 하는 주거서비스 제공이 필요하다. 주거서비스 관심이 높아지고 적용 아파트단지들이 생겨나면서 주거서비스 요구 분석 연구들이 수행되었다. 그러나 아직까지 장애인 가구가 지역사회 기반으로 거주하는 주택에서 지역사회와 연계되어 제공받을 수 있는 주거서비스의 연구는 미흡한 상황이다.
따라서 본 연구는 지역사회 거주하고 있는 장애인을 대상으로 주거생활서비스 요구를 조사하여 개인적 특성, 주거특성, 장애특성에 따라 분석하였다. 장애인을 위한 주거생활서비스 요구도 조사결과, ‘세대관리서비스’, ‘편의시설개조서비스’, ‘이사지원서비스’, ‘주거탐색서비스’와 같은 주거관련서비스에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 주거지원서비스 외에도 ‘전문청소서비스’, ‘수납창고제공’, ‘수납정리서비스’, ‘세탁물수거/배달’ 등 정리정돈·청소, 세탁과 같은 가사편의서비스에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 장애인의 개인적 특성, 장애 특성, 가구 특성, 주택 특성에 따라 주거생활서비스 요구를 분석한 결과, 특히 개인적 특성에 따라 요구가 다르게 나타났다.
본 연구는 장애인 수요자를 대상으로 주거생활서비스에 대한 요구도를 조사·분석하여 장애인 맞춤형 주거생활서비스 개발과 운영방향의 기초자료를 제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. |

Not only aspects of space planing but also housing living service delivery based on housing that support the solutions to the difficulties in daily life at home is necessary for the disabled's independent living in community. However, previous studies on housing living services that are provided to the disabled household connected to community is insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to find out demand of housing living service according to the characteristics of the disabled. This study conducted a survey for needs of housing living services with 95 people with disabilities by using one-on-one interview and analyzed demand of housing living services based on personal characteristics, housing characteristics and disability characteristics. The major result were as follows: 1) Demand for housing living services such as Household management, Convenience remodeling, Moving agency, House seeking service was high. 2) The demand for house chores service such as Storage arrangement, cleaning and laundry was also high. 3) Among the disability characteristics of the disabled, the demand differed depending on the type of disability and the degree of disability. The results of this research can be used as basic data for the development of housing living services considering various situations for the disabled. |
