신혼부부 맞춤형 주거생활서비스 개발을 위한 요구 분석 / A Study on the Demands for the Development of Customized Housing Living Service for Newlyweds |

본 연구는 신혼부부를 대상으로 주거생활서비스 요구와 주거생활서비스 운영에 대한 의견과 기대효과 등을 조사·분석하여 신혼부부 가구유형 맞춤형 주거생활서비스 개발과 운영방향에 대한 기초정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 신혼부부를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사방법으로 조사가 진행되었다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1) 신혼부부의 주거생활서비스 요구도가 높은 아이템은 방과후 아이돌봄, 늦은시간 아이돌봄, 작은도서관, 키즈카페, 피트니스, GX 프로그램, 무인택배, 장남감 대여, 공동육아, 실내구기운동 프로그램으로 자녀의 보육을 지원하는 서비스와 신혼부부의 운동관련 여가서비스였다. 향후 신혼희망타운과 같은 신혼부부를 위한 아파트단지 공급시 아이돌봄서비스와 공동육아서비스를 필수적으로 제공하고 이와 고려한 공간계획이 필요하다. 또한 육아관련 서비스와 공간 외 부부의 스포츠여가활동을 위한 서비스와 공간도 기본적으로 제공되어야 한다. 2) 신혼부부들은 주거생활서비스 운영을 위해 별도의 비용이 들더라도 주거서비스 코디네이터와 같은 주거생활서비스 관련 전문인력이 필요하다라고 인식하고 있었다. 3) 신혼부부들은 주거생활서비스를 통해 육아스트레스 감소, 육아를 안전하게 할 수 있을 것이라는 기대와 본인이 취미여가활동을 즐길 수 있을 것 같다라는 기대를 하고 있었고 주거생활서비스 활성화를 통한 주택의 가치상승을 동시에 기대하고 있었다. 4) 신혼부부의 특성에 따라 주거생활서비스 아이템별 요구가 다르게 나타났다.기대자녀수에 따른 주거생활서비스의 요구도에 차이를 보인 것은 특히나 신혼부부의 안정적인 보육환경을 지원하여 아이를 낳고 키우기에 좋은 주거환경을 위해서는 주거생활서비스가 필수적으로 적용되어야 함을 보여주는 결과였다. |

This study aims to provide basic information on the development and operation direction of the newlyweds' household type-tailored housing service by analyzing the demand for housing living service life services and opinions and expectations for the operation of housing living service for newlyweds. The subjects of study were newlyweds living in metropolitan area. The study performed an online survey was conducted for a month in May 2018, and 147 responses were used for analysis. The results were as follows: 1) The need for housing living service items was the highest among After school child care, Child care until late, Small library, Kids cafe and Fitness center. 2) They recognized the need for specialized personnel related to housing living services, such as housing service coordinators, even at a separate cost for the operation of housing services. 3) The newlyweds were expecting that they would be able to reduce child- care stress and keep their children safe through housing living services, and that they would be able to enjoy hobby leisure activities. 4) The Need for each item of housing living services was different depending on the characteristics of newlyweds. Among them, there were many items that showed differences in the number of children expected. |
