¿ä¾à2 The several smart construction technologies are being introduced to the construction industry, and among thesetechnologies, a few companies are attempting quality control using 3D scanning and BIM. Therefore, in this study, 3Dscanning and BIM were applied to cases of on-site quality inspection to confirm the applicability and utility. As aresult, it was confirmed that the quality inspection using 3D scanning and BIM was shorter in time than the previouslyperformed quality inspection and can be realized with less manpower. Therefore, it is considered that 3D scanning andBIM-enabled technologies can be applied to various items of quality inspection.
