최근 사회변화의 한 현상으로 귀농귀촌에 대한 이슈가 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 귀농귀촌자의 성공적인 정착에 대한 관심 또한 자연스레 높아지고 있다. 그러나 증가하는 귀농귀촌인의 이면에는 다양한 문제들이 복합적으로 작용해 지속적인 생활을 유지하지 못하는 귀농귀촌자도 다수 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 귀농귀촌가구의 성공적인 정착을 위해 농촌의 주거환경개선이 시급하며 귀농귀촌가구가 농촌생활에 정착 할 수 있는 주거지원의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 귀농귀촌자를 대상으로 소규모공동체주택의 계획요구 특성을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 사용자참여계획을 병행한 소규모 워크숍 방법을 사용하였다.
참여자가 자신이 원하는 공동체주택에 대한 의견을 교류하는 방식으로 진행한 소규모공동체주택에 대한 이해를 도모하고 참여자에 대한 반응을 파악하였다. 연구 대상자는 귀농귀촌을 하는 대표적인 연령층인 베이비부머세대 중장년층과, 최근 증가추세에 있는 청년층과 육아가구 세 집단으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과로는 참여자들이 농촌이라는 환경적 특성을 기반으로 하여 사회적 교류와 사생활을 모두 중시하고 있었으며, 최소의 이웃규모를 원하였다. 또한 상부상조, 품앗이 등의 미풍양송을 농촌에서 실현하고자 하였으며, 건강과 사회적 교류를 중시하는 특성을 보였다. 이를 통해 공동주택 내 공유공간이 농촌이라는 상황 속에서 개별공간에 고립되거나 어려울 수 있는 문제들을 함께 해결해나가며, 이웃 간 사회적으로 교류하고 지역사회와 소통할 수 있는 공간의 기능을 통해 저출산 및 고령화문제와 더불어 귀농귀촌을 촉진할 수 있는 인프라 공간으로 부각되었다. |

As a recent social change, the issue of the Urban-to-rural Migrant is being highlighted. Accordingly interest in successful settlement of residents returning to farming and rural villages is naturally increasing. Behind the growing number of people returning to farming, however, there have been many people who could not maintain their lives there because of there is problems. In order to successfully enter to farming villages, there is an urgent need to improve and appropriate housing to support their settlement. The purpose of this study is to identify the planning characteristics of the small community house for the people returning to farming and rural area which was considered as a useful housing alternated. This study used a small group workshop method and user participated planning. The study consisted of baby boomers who are planning to farming, young people and children who already move to rural area. As a result of this study, participants were interested in both social exchange and privacy based on the environmental characteristics of farming villages and wanted the minimum number of their neighbors. In addition, they emphasize characteristic promoting health and social exchanges. Through this research value of social community house with shared space as mean to solve the isolation and loneliness problems of living in new village. |
