이 연구의 목적은 키네틱 원리를 적용한 ICT 기반 고령친화 주거 리모델링에 대한 노인들의 요구를 알아보는 것이다.??연구의 절차는 다음과 같다. 이 연구는 ‘Elements of Planning for ICT-based Elderly Home Remodeling by applying Kinetic Principle(Lee 2018)를 토대로 설문항목을 도출한다. 둘째 60세 이상 노인을 대상으로 고령친화 주거 리모델링에 대한 요구도 조사를 실시한다. 마지막으로 통계분석을 통하여 노인들의 요구 특성을 분석한다. 조사 분석을 토대로 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 1) 디지털 안전장치가 기본이 되는 주거 리모델링 1, 2인 가구수가 조사대상자 전체의 81%에 이르는 높은 비율을 고려할 때 가족이 아닌 제3자의 도움을 요청할 수 있는 장치와 안전이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 제3자에게 도움을 받을 수 있는 디지털 안전장치는 노인주거 리모델링의 개선 우선 요소가 되어야겠다. 2) 지역적 요구에 대응하는 주거 리모델링 두 지역의 요구도 비교 분석 결과 서울은 자동냉난방 온도조절장치, 공기정화시스템, 화상 통화tv와 같은 디지털 장치 요소를 강릉지역보다 더 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 강릉은 신발 탈착 보조시스템, 의자가 설치된 안전 욕조, 높이 조절 세면대 등 현관, 욕실요소를 서울지역보다 더 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 지역마다 가구 마다 주거 환경과 필요 우선순위가 다를 수 있으므로 개선 요구도 분석을 통하여 지역과 가구의 필요를 반영한 주거 리모델링이 되어야겠다. 3) 키네틱 원리를 적용한 주거 리모델링 기존 주거환경이 생활에 불편하지만 주거 리모델링에 대한 번거로움과 경제적 부담을 이유로 요구도가 낮게 나타날 수 있으므로 구조변경을 최소화 하면서 주거환경을 손쉽게 개선할 수 있는 키네틱 원리를 적용한 리모델링이 되어야겠다. |

The purpose of the study is to survey the needs of the elderly for ICT-based Elderly Home Remodeling by Applying Kinetic Principle. This
is conducted for elderly people over 60 years old living in Seoul and Gangreung district. The study is performed by the following
approaches: First, This study is based on ‘the Elements of Planning for ICT-based elderly Home Remodeling by applying Kinetic
Principle’(Lee 2018). Second, the needs survey for house remodeling was conducted for elderly. Finally, To analyze the required
characteristics of the elderly for remodeling by using SPSS statistics 25 analysis program. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Priority
elements for house remodeling should be provided to ensure the safety of the elderly through emergency call buttons, glucometer,
pressure-measuring gauge, weighing instruments, and warning devices. Kinetic principles should be applied to make minimal structural
changes, as easy as possible remodeling, and devices should be designed to be easy to operate. |
