¿ä¾à2 Purpose: At present, domestic high-rise buildings are constantly establishing details standards under the construction law under construction. However, there are only performance-oriented designs and ambiguous standards for domestic regulations for disaster prevention of high-rise buildings. And the reality is that actual skyscrapers are built to reflect most foreign regulations. Therefore, it is time to establish a clear legal basis for domestic legal standards. Method : Domestic and foreign evacuation regulations are divided into vertical evacuation and horizontal evacuation. In order to understand the evacuation plans by the characteristics of the skyscraper buildings, a virtual scenario is created and the evacuation to the evacuation safe area and the evacuation safe layer is examined through simulations. Result: First, there is a need for a strengthened integrated regulatory framework of related standards, as confusion is caused by the combination of terms and lack of accurate and safe standards. Second, consideration should be given to detailed and precise safety factors for high-rise evacuation. In addition, based on the psychological factors of the evacuees, the detailed standards considering the location and characteristics should be reflected. In addition, the recent performance-based disaster prevention design should be complemented with the specific legislative standards. Furthermore, since the design standards exceeding the legal standards can be truly high-rise buildings secured with safety, Strengthening of the specification and the legal standard is necessary.
