요약2	The growing demand for care and care for the elderly is raising the need for care facilities for the elderly. Meanwhile, in 2018, the "Rules for Enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Convenience for the Disabled, the Elderly, and the Ministry of Forestry" and "Standard for the Energy Conservation Design of Buildings" were strengthened. Accordingly, the existing aged care facilities that were examined through the case study were found to be insufficient for the revised standards in terms of BF and eco-friendly plans. Therefore, in terms of environmental and spatial performance, this problem should be addressed in the future in the planning of elderly care facilities.
