This thesis aims to investigate the unified form rendering relationships between a unit (element, house, and college) and the whole (a city, a settlement, and a campus) in comparison with the theory of collective form presented by Maki Fumihiko at the Washington University as a methodology to show relationships between a unit and the whole. In other words, this study investigates that like Korean universities, Chinese universities also go through such process to create a hide-and-seek(¾Ë¸¥°Å¸²) and flexible-order(³¶Ã¢³¶Ã¢ÇÑ Áú¼) campus that guarantees various activities. Furthermore, it aims at finding the differences of Chinese universities and Korean universities to find more leads for campus planning according to inherent factors(³»¹ßÀû ¿äÀÎ) rather than external factors(¿ÜÀû°è±â) in the future. |
