본 연구의 목적은 현재 사용되는 골재를 사용한 콘크리트에 대하여 양호한 유동성을 확보하는 콘크리트 배합에서 재료분리 발생 여부를 확인하는 것이다. 최근 우리나라 레미콘 업계는 골재의 품질 저하가 큰 문제로 여겨지고 있다. 불량한 골재는 콘크리트의 유동성을 저하시킴과 동시에 콘크리트의 소성점도를 저감시키는 직간접적인 영향을 준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일반강도 콘크리트 배합에 대하여 KS F 4009에서 지정하는 슬럼프 플로 기준의 유동성을 확보하기 위한 조건의 재료분리 발생여부를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 현재 골재 조건으로는 유동성 확보시 재료분리가 발생하기 쉬운 조건임을 확인하였고, 이에 대한 레올로지 분석을 실시하였다. |

The aim of the research is evaluate the segregation possibility of concrete mixture with poor quality aggregates for flowing fluidity. Recently, degrading quality of aggregate is rising as a issue for ready-mixed concrete industry. Poor quality of aggregate causes decreased workability with increasing possibility of segregation directly and indirectly. Therefore, in this research, the segregation conditions of concrete mixtures were observed when the mixtures were designed for flowing fluidity. As a result, under the conditions of using poor quality aggregate, segregation was occurred for flowing fluidity, and for these mixtures, rheological analysis was conducted |
