The purpose of this study was to propose the development direction of design code through comparison of domestic and foreign seismic design code. KBC 2016, ASCE 41-17 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures, EN 1998-1:2004 and AIJ are compared. The results of this study were as follows; It is necessary to add the form and fixing method of the non-structural elements as the consideration of the coefficient used in the horizontal seismic design force and to provide an objective judgment index of the stiffness and ductility. It is also suggested that the material properties of the nonstructural components and the fixing method need to be considered in determining the displacement limitation. |
