Purpose: According to the rapidly changing society, the lifestyle of residents changes, the number of small families increases, and the way of life is diversified. In addition, the proportion of apartments classified by type has increased gradually to 9,806 (59.9%), which is the highest percentage of all housing types. The social requirements for housing are also changing. On December 24, 2014, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs newly established a long-life housing construction and certification standard notification. In this study, we try to analyze the current situation of the scoring through the case of certification since the introduction of long - lived housing certification system. Method: Since the implementation of long-life housing certification system, from January 2015 to June 2018, data on 452 cases were collected from each certification body and classified by items. In order to investigate the causes of the scoring status along with the data analysis, we conducted FGI surveys of the certification body practitioners and construction experts who provided the data. Results: First, as a result of a total of 452 cases surveyed, the cause of non - scoring items was investigated as a shortage of technology and an increase in construction cost. Second, it is necessary to improve not only the system improvement and incentives but also the evaluation items of the certification system as a whole. It is necessary to re-apply various weights and add and delete items if necessary. Third, the avoidance of specific items is not limited to one reason, but it covers various causes such as ease of construction, institutional problems, preference, and economic efficiency. |
