The thermal performance evaluation of the building is the main item for energy efficiency enhancement. In particular, the material properties are the main items for defining the heat transfer characteristics of the building envelope when evaluating the thermal performance of the building and evaluating the effect on the room load. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors for thermal performance evaluation of buildings and to extract the material parameters by web data crawling to construct a material database. The results are as follows. 1) Physical properties for the thermal performance evaluation of the building are thickness, conductivity, thermal diffusivity, specific heat, thermal effusivity, density, thermal absorptance, solar absorptance. 2) Web crawler construction and GUI development for database construction are expected to secure material data and increase work efficiency when evaluating the thermal performance of buildings. |
