Recently, insulation standard has been enhanced so that the required insulation thickness is largely increased. Due to the thickened insulation, it may be necessary to change the window installation and fixing methods on concrete wall. The purpose of this study was to evaluate insulation performance of apartment exterior wall systems according to the installation methods of four-track windows when applying the new insulation standard. The results show that the alternatives proposed in this study don't have large impact on heat loss. |
